Actually thought of that and I'm considering that  as the last option
of using cross cable and staraight cable with a hub in between.

I've already written to dlink asking them for the linux drivers (with
a hope that i can get it from them  Arun any luck so far).

No but really if this is the way to do it then its really a sorry
state of affairs on Dlin's end,

MTNL cannot be totally blamed because I personally fell they do not
have the expertise to understand much (let's hope this changes in
future), no but the blame should also be shouldered by dlink for
manufacturing hardware without open support

Seriously contemplating on meeting Philip when he's down and seting up
a hall of shame as discussed at the last lug meet.
