Rakesh,

I think it is significant that they say that,
that "what do we get if we use free software".
That is the begining of a good dialog.
It also means that they understand the
nature of the game, as they play it. Often,
the fear is that they do not understand it.

Imagine your neighbour who uses M$ on a
new computer. Ask him this question and
he will not say "what do we get" and such.
