Now the notoriety of bureaucracy in India has been dealt with many
times, so I don't want to repeat it.

VTU FLOSS Campaign is started by alumni of VTU and hundreds of other
some even from Europe have showed their support.

Adopting of Free Software in our education system should come from
various quarters of society. There are other projects working in this
field, we should tie up with them.
(Abhas has mentioned this aspect to me while travelling to FSFS
conference, Perhaps he present the argument better than me.)

But it is very important that we keep trying, I remember how futile it
was telling a business person that Free Software does work as a
business/development model, but today its a accepted fact. I foresee
that we will achieve the same success in the field of education too.

Its only the matter of time.

Cheers
