We do. Once a month usually the 2nd Sunday. This months "meet" 
(public lecture) was presided by Richard M. Stallman and attended 
by approximately 900.
Most meets are attended by 15 to 20 members. We have mini tutorials 
on variuos subjects relating to GNU-Linux.
An anouncement is made on the list regarding date, time and venue 
(usually HBCSE).
