add something like this in /etc/lilo.conf

other=/dev/hdaX
	label=win

where hdaX is the device on which your windows is loaded you can check
this using command

/sbin/fdisk /dev/hda

and then using 'p' command inside fdisk session.

After altering /etc/lilo.conf donot forget to run /sbin/lilo [-v] for
more verbose output. Reboot..
