PartitionMagic's always there, but it costs a tonne. Bootit Next
Generation is quite good. I've used it ever since partitioning with
fips. It needs to be set up with DOS/Windows initially, but after that,
use it thru a floppy, and the presence [or the lack] of DOS/Windows is
overlooked.
