[FSUG-Bangalore] Request feedback - Note on Inter-operability issues with Nudi

Dear All,

I have received some comments/feedback on the Nudi note. Request others 
also to send/update the wiki with their feedback/comments by end of day, 
Friday (Jul 17).
Once we get feedback, we can share the note with the government.
