Hi Vincent,

GPLv3 conference will be in Bangalore in Augest 2006
and the venue is IIM-B campus. 

It seems Praveen had met Arun of Free Software
Foundation in Kerala over last weekend and Arun will
be here in April to discuss further details about the
conference.
