I have created two banners as requested --
1. A 8x4 foot banner with the welcome message -- appropriate for the
entrance, etc.
2. A 4x12 foot banner for the stage -- for the stage

I have kept both of them simple yet meaningful (not an artist myself),
the backgrounds are transparent and I guess you can print them with any
background as needed. I would recommend printing the banners on flex, as
those printers can reproduce the images very faithfully.

I have also created two types of badges for the delegates and organisers
 suitable for printing on 9.5x12.5 cm cards. I would recommend using a
colour laser printer for that.

The banner images (banner-8x4.png & tall-banner-12x4.png) are very
large, since they are exported into 300 dpi for printing use. Open them
with caution as they can freeze any PC with less than 1 GB RAM. I have
provided two lower resolution images of the above banners
(banner-8x4-small.png & tall-banner-12x4-small.png) for viewing.
