Hi all,

Ciaran's brother Kevin here.  I just got a call from Bangalore to say
that Ciaran didn't have a visa to enter India, so he's being sent back
to Britain (where he flew out from).

He therefore won't be able to make it to the conference, and offers
his apologies.

Right now I think he's in Bangalore Airport, awaiting the flight back.
His phone is of no use, and he has no access to email, so can't be
contacted.

Can someone contact the person(s) who were to meet him at the airport
and tell them not to bother?  I don't know who exactly to contact; the
message from Ciaran said to just post to this mailing list.
