Vikram: at the moment, I don't think its feasible to have t-shirts for
organisers and volunteers. Or rather - there is no one is who is
currently taking care of these logistics. Additionally we are already
short of funds.

If some of us are very particular about T-shirts for volunteers
(provided all volunteers wear T-Shirts - I don't know if this is the
case) the best thing would be to freeze on a design and print it for
ourselves. These days there are many shops that do affordable printing
on T-shirts. Yes one of us could do it for all of us - but then the
problem is the initial cash and so on.

Ramkrishna: Dr Chatterjee is trying to arrange accomodation at IISc or
NIAS. We will get a complete picture by noon today. Otherwise we can
book a hotel room. Do you have any other ideas?
