Dear Vivek

It is regarding a computing utilities and operating system that  a
computer user can use, modify and distribute without spending money on
software licences and breaking laws of any country in the world. You can
setup anything including WEB servers, supercomputers etc without paying
anything for the software licence and they are GNU (www.gnu.org 
www.gnu.org.in [india chapter]) working on the 'top' of Linux kernel.
