One way I know is by deliberately writing free software code to
violate these patents - "civil disobedience". If there are legal
implications, I will naturally end up in the court. This will help us
gather enough attention and support to launch  a nation wide protest
against software patents. I won't give up till these patents are
invalidated. I will try this approach as a last resort.
