 A meeting on new patent ordinance is being organised in Delhi on 1st
Feb 2005. Richard Stallman will be the first speaker.

Other speakers include 
Mr. B.K. Keayla of National Working Group on Patent Law 
Mr. S.P. Shukla, who used to be the GATT ambassador during Uruguay
Round.
Vandana Siva.
