Even if some company gives FSF India some donation, we can only list
them on the home page that so and so is a patron of FSF India.  But we
cannot accept advt.  

Regarding the caps, stickers, t-shirts etc, it will be good if some
one takes the responsibility of making them (publishing them).  To
some extent, or depending on the amount, FSF India can invest on
this.  So we need a volunteer to take this responsibility.
