Yes, me too. This problem is intermittent. There are
times, when you can access the wiki but not the home
page, http://www.glug-bom.org

As long as I have observed, I have been able to access
the Wiki more number of times than home page. 

Wiki URL is below, you can bookmark it, and access
directly. 

http://db.glug-bom.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

While writing this, I am able to access the wiki.
