* Customzied qmail, vpopmail, squirrelmail & other products addon.
* Knowledge of MTA`s and mail routing process
* Network, SMTP, POP, IMAP protocols Understanding is must.
* Usage, maintenance and upgradation of ClamAV
* Virus scanning & controlling and Managingwith Mail-Scanner
* SPAM control and researching, implementing and managing a SPAM
filtering system on online-server.
* Installation, usage, maintenance and upgradation of SPAMassasin
* Maintenance of web server(Apache/Tomcat)
* Maintenance of mail server(sendmail/Qmail)
* Maintenance of DNS server
* Maintenance of MYSQL DB server.
* Backup / recovery technologies and methodologies like
Rsync & NFS & backuppc known would be goof.
* Installing, maintaining, and administering mail statistics
collection processes
* Uptime monitoring / Patch management / Server security for update for
customer.
· Learn and apply new technologies / languages as required
· Understand integration of company’s products with other products.
* Deployment work at Customer sites - requires one to communicate with the
customer, understand requirements and implement customizations
