Please don't base your thinking on absurd assumptions. People don't
communicate over Private Messages on IRC. #gnu-india remains silent for
most of the time mainly because all the active members of that channel
are also present on other channels. Some active members are also busy
and are mostly away from keyboard.
But what about you? You were there on the channel for precisely 8+9=17
minutes. That surely doesn't qualify you to make such a comment.
