128 mb is good enough with no X. The bios must allow the graphics mem 
(which is shared0 to be reduced to 4 mb. Some mobos particularly low 
cost ones do not permit this, instead reserving half the mem for 
graphics. Also u need to know the details of the chipset and ensure 
that all drivers are gpld.

That is very expensive. Only the size is compact compared to via 
cle266 (Rs.3000).
