That server CD is known as ``Alternate Install CD''. Shipit does not
offer alternate cds, so you might not be able to get pressed cds.

In that case, you might need to get the graphics and print the cds
yourself. Folks at Ubuntu-In mailing list might be able to help you in
this regard.

IN that case, you might need to get hold of pressed Debian Sarge 3.1
DVD which was distributed with LinuxForYou a couple of months back.

You need to pass ``linux26'' for 2.6 kernel.
