Nokia files a suit against qualcomm, since Qualcom's FRAND terms are 
allegedly unreasonable and discriminatory. This is about implementing 
standards approved by ISO / ETSI not about purchasing tech. If Nokia 
finds it so difficult wonder how libre software developers will 
implement patent encumbered standards.
