I tried it and it worked beautifully, without a single hitch.

Now I dont have to use Internet Exploder alone. Lynx and Navigator works!

One observation: Since the proxy impersonates (obviously), actual server
sees you as a IE browser. The HTTP_USER_AGENT string reflects this.
