run fdisk in linux and check if your hda windoze partitions still exist. If 
they do not, then you have lost your data.

If they do exist, then you can mount your win partition in linux
(if your parition was hda1)

mkdir /mnt/c
mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /mnt/c
