[ILUG-BOM] Help with library libmng.so.0 reqd

Sometime on Jul 19, Navin assembled some asciibets to say:

/lib is for essential libraries.  those that are required even if no
partitions can be mounted.

You need to put your file in /usr/lib, and then rerun /sbin/ldconfig
