Try using WindowMaker without GNOME/KDE. It gives you eye-candy
without consuming too many resources. However, under Redhat atleast,
you may not get menu entries for all your apps unless you do a bit of
tweaking. Under Debian, this isn't a problem due to Debian's menu-policy.
