I agree. This is the ground work that is very much required and I would go to the extent of saying that you have actually suggested the mass movement approach.<br>Let us put together a six months- one year VTU campaign plan. <br>
We can meet teachers from various depts. in as many colleges as possible and also get in touch with students while simultaneously educating all concerned. This process must continue until a critical mass is built and then we will be in a position to influence policy issues.<br>
