</div></blockquote></div></div>Over the last few years, many programs have been conducted all over Karnataka under the banner of Free Software Movement - Karnataka including Eben Moglen's talks at various places. I think you may remember my debate in another mail thread. This idea was initiated by Senthil and *not* IEEE. We are utilising IEEE banner so that we can take Free Software to places we may not be able to reach otherwise. If IEEE had not agreed we would still take this forward. Take my word for it. People from anywhere are free to reply to a thread or contribute in any way possible but it is duty of the local inhabitants to build the movement here and consistently. <br>
