[FSUG-Bangalore] Cairo cross compile

So,
You are trying to cross compile form a x86-pc ??
Have you cross compiled before.
Have you looked at http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/
Also, a better place to ask IMHO would be cairo-dev list, but a very likely
problem would be autoconfig _or_  make file that is broken (arent there
prebuild binaries available)
