[FSUG-Bangalore] How to backup Thunderbird on Ubuntu?

Hello all,

I'm currently using Intrepid Ibex (Ubuntu 8.10) on my laptop, and my emails
are on Thunderbird (version 2.0). Can someone please tell me how I can take
a back up of Thunderbird? I have two email accounts set up on it.
