[FSUG-Bangalore] FSUG Meet after a long time!

Well, our last meeting was in December 2008 at CIS office (if I
remember correctly) and it was posted on the list well in advance.
Checking the FSUG archives - the camps, vigils and meetings do not
have a 24hr notice.
