[FSUG-Bangalore] FSUG Meet after a long time!

Why cant we follow a fixed time slot? ILUGC - Chennai , we people have a
monthly meet on every second Saturday at  1500 Hours at  IIT Madras. Why
cant we work out some thing like this? if it exists already, we could take
up that.
