Harish, thanks for mentioning it.

I've begun the cataloguing work, including information about the situation
in India.  There'll be another announcement soon when we have the new
websites working.  Most of the information will be in a wiki, so hopefully
people will be able to provide more details about each topic, and fix my
mistakes :-)  (It's difficult for a foreigner to really know what's
happening on another continent)
