[FSUG-Bangalore] help regarding configuring Eclipse on linux

Hi,
Download Eclipse Ganymede from Eclipse Download
site<http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/ganymede/SR1/eclipse-cpp-ganymede-SR1-linux-gtk.tar.gz>.
Unzip in your Linux user directory.. Start Eclipse by simply double clicking
Eclipse executable.
As simple as that.

or

Use synaptic package manager. First update all the repositories.. Search for
Eclipse in synaptic search bar.. From the results select Eclipse and CDT
plug-ins to be installed.
