[FSUG-Bangalore] discussions in the meeting yesterday

ya in the FSUG meeting even most of them were ok with
FSUG-Bangalore banner as the main organizer ( correct me if i am wrong )
also few suggested
FSUG-Bangalore + all those groups who want to contribute/volunteer and work
towards carrying on the free software movement

why now ??
