[FSUG-Bangalore] Upcoming MySQL event

Those who are talking during the event are available only during that time.
So, it is not possible to schedule the week ends.

So far, it is not decided to have any registration process. We are expecting
200 people to attend it. We may have a registration process if we see
overwhelming response to it.

I will keep posting the updates.
