What do u mean by it?
1. AFAIK the amendments proposed on copyright law are still not introduced.
2. What is the problem with encryption? Encryption is a powerful
mechanism for data security, what is the meaning of applications like gnupg
3. There are a lot to oppose in proposed amendments. There are clauses
to implemnet DRM (Digital Distriction management) , the. are are clauses
to implement Censorship on software etc. see
http://fci.wikia.com/wiki/Anti-DRM-campaign for details

It is also ambiguous. what is the problem with branding like Debian.

Debian branded as IT at school GNU/Linux
