[FSUG-Bangalore] Encourage new members to join and participate in FSUG-Blr

Hi List,

Perhaps some of the active members of the list should
encourage new members to join and participate on the
FSUG-Blr list. Internet is great tool that can be
harnessed to have continued discussions and advocacy
along with the activities conducted from time to time.

Prof.Eben in his recent talk made an interesting
remark about encouraging the more elder (40+) people
to use GNU software, this is a very good idea. Not
only it generates positive interest but also these
people who may be leading institutions, organizations,
media persons or policy makers can in turn influence a
large portion of population.

We have a billion people to reach in India, haven't
we?
