Yes, we had planned this event as an introductory
session to GPL and we'll try to cover the issues
related to it.We will be having abhas talk on GPL and
what's new in GPLv3, we'll have a Q&A after that.

(Depending on the attendance and audience we may have
a panel discussion later.) 

We can use the remaining time to discuss the GPLv3
conference plans.

I had off-hand mentioned my plan's for XML and
Semantic Web workshop but it few months away, there is
no such plans from side as such at the moment.
