Hello,
IMO it'd be great if we can give copies of the GNU GPLv3 Draft 2 to all
the conference attendees. I am not sure how many people will have read
the draft in advance so it'd be nice for them to have a copy of the
draft which will be discussed all throughout the days. This will also
help them in understanding the topic as well as encouraging
debates/discussion.
We can print the `Rationale' document for our purpose which explains the
draft pretty nicely.
I have recompiled the LaTeX source to fit on A4 papers which we use in
India. The PDF document can be downloaded from --

I am sure it will help a lot of people.
