[FSUG-Bangalore] GPLv3 conference:Co-ordination/volunteers' meeting.

Hello All,
A meeting of all the volunteers has been scheduled for the 13th of August to
co-ordinate our efforts towards the conference preparation.
Agenda:
1. Check-up of our previously assumed responsibilities.
2. Formation of various sub-committees and assigning convenors to each
sub-committee.
3. Allocation of responsibilities to volunteers.

Venue: Cubbon Park (near Queen's statue) - the huge rocks just a little
inside.
Date:   13th August, 2006.
Time:   1700 hrs (05 PM) sharp.
Note: Even if you are unable to make it to the meeting please do confirm
your overall participation in the conference organisation and follow the
developments on the main lists in the To:section.
