Well - we could conduct a small workshop on some technical topics. We
could provide projects to the top five teams of a gnu/Linux-based
programming competition and then mentor them so that they can achieve
something through the projects and also make a contribution. We could
also provide them web space if they want to host their projects.
We could organise and judge a small gnu/Linux sysadmin contest for you.

Some ideas that came to my mind.
