Banning Content on our Wiki

Dear Friends,

 Over few months now, we are getting some spam on our
wiki,is it possible to enable 'Banned Content' option
on  our wiki,heard its possible with Emacswiki.

Any other ideas to prevent Google linking spam are
most welcome.
