Hi Akshay,

As Ubuntu is based on Debian, all existing debian packages are
available.You can try out the following packages.

$ debtags search protocol::sftp

putty-tools - command-line tools for SSH, SCP, and SFTP
lftp - Sophisticated command-line FTP/HTTP client programs
