Dear All, 

Linux For You magazine is conducting a survey on the adoption of Linux
at technology colleges across India. Mentioned below is our
questionnaire. Would appreciate if you could, either connect me to
engineering colleges and people who could answer the questions below,
or if you could answer the questions yourself, in case you are a
student or professor of a particular college and is armed with
relevant information.

nodes, etc. with the OS and technology in use listed as well)


Details of migration/deployment of the Linux OS


Why did you feel the need to migrate to/deploy Linux?


What are the key everyday/technical activities that you use Linux for
in your Institute?


What kind of technology is used for interoperatibility between systems
running Linux and other OS's? What kind of interoperatibility problems
are encountered?

Some technical activities (if any) where other OS's are needed. If
