New Classification of Projects/People list

Dear Friends,

While trying to create the Directory of Indian
Software Projects, the list was long and
un-manageable.So, I decided to use the GNU/Debian
Packages classification style to arrange the data in
the list.

Its looks bit better now

Please comment and enhance it more
