concerned authorities who are writing text books for the IT@School 
project ----> you can write the TEXT-BOOK in
http://www.en.wikibooks.org     in open content
so that the resources we create in this effort are of use to people all 
around the world
or you can upload a printable version in any OpenSource projects page
for eg. the site http://www.nongnu.org has a very good book for linux 
LPI certification ,,anyone can download it and take a print,then 
photocopy(legally)
also u can co-ordinate with activities of  IOSN......
