[Fsf-india] Perhaps the first Minister in India ?

Mr Cherkalam Abdullah, Minister for Local Self Government, deserves special credit and appreciation for pushing through his dream and getting issued a Govt Order, giving explicit sanction for introduction of solutions on Free Software in a Grama Panchayat, on experimental basis (to start with !). The exact wordings of the GO, said to have been signed a couple of days ago, is eagerly awaited, and would be published here.

Political will finally prevails.
