Maybe Free Software and its impact in South Asia could form part of the
proceedings of such IT-for-development sessions. Please do get in Gaurab
if you feel you can contribute to this debate. Frederick

Hello all,

The deadline for paper submission for the International Conference
on Information Technology, Communications & Development - Nov
29-30 2001 - Nepal (ITCD 2001) is only a week away.

The conference objective is to learn from one another and to draw
up recommendations for better policies and better projects that
benefit people, particularly in developing countries.

You can find more information about the conference at
www.fesnepal.org/itcd.

The conference has already attracted a large number of
submissions from across the globe. We are looking for more
interesting papers and experiences. We have also arranged for the
conference to be broadcast live on the Internet.

If you are interested in participating / presenting, please write to let
us know immediately.

thanks
gaurab
