[FSF-India] Help Me Please !

Hi,
    Red Hat Linux 7.1 comes in 2 CD's, for Rs.399. (when I asked the
FreeOS.com people). Then how can PC Quest distribute it in one CD, for just
Rs.100?  Now, shall I buy it from FreeOS.com or from PCQ?
