> please convince Mr Kunjalikutty* this point.

I am also going to *convince* him that the TOC is a relative thing !
What if, say, tomorrow one of our *proprietary* friends come in and
offer KhunjaliKutty Ikka a cheaper and better alternative to our *free*
system? Technically better than our *free* system. I fully believe
that our dear IT Minister who is also our Industries Minister is going
to tell his friends about a bunch of guys who have taken his Ministry
for a ride by offering an inferior product at a high price and that is
it. The likes of you can never even approach the Govt. henceforth.
This would end up as a dangerous move for us/you, I hope it has not
already.....

Yes, I am approaching KhunjaliKutty Ikka via the Cochin Stock Exchange
leaders/Kochi industrialists. I request you to accompany me and help me
in this too.

> * Mr Kunjalikutty is the minister for IT in Kerala.

Is he ? I did not know that. I just flew in from Mars and it is very
cold out there. When I start off from Kochi to where KhunjaliKutty is,
I will let you know ;-)
